When I was back in NC photographing Eleanor and Sean's wedding, I also had the opportunity to photograph a very sweet family. Brenda and Heather (mother/daughter) opened one of my all time favorite cupcake shops in Cornelius, NC, SweetCakes Bakery a few years ago and I had the honor of doing the photography for their website as well when they opened. If you are ever in Cornelius, you must try their cupcakes! Seriously.  Brenda used some of the photos from their family portrait session for their Christmas cards this year. Check out some of my favorites of the extended family below. Cutest kids award.

Anastasiya just got her braces off so we did a little portrait session to show off her new smile! She is such a gorgeous woman, with braces or without. It was a beautifully sunny day at Volunteer Park, lucky us!

          

 

          

 

           

          

 

Portraits • Seattle, WA • Foster Island

Below is a photo shoot I did with a photographer friend of mine, Mike Costales recently at Foster Island. 24 people can be a challenge to organize, but it was a ton of fun! All of the people photographed below became friends from performing in flash mobs together and have started doing annual photos as a group. So sweet.
