Mt.Shasta Lavender Farm • Montague, CA • A Photographer's Road Trip

Mt. Shasta Lavender Farm is a working lavender farm located about 20 minutes north of Mt. Shasta City, CA which provides a unique view of Mt.Shasta. Due to the weather this year, the lavender was only beginning to make its appearance when we were there, but the view was still exquisite. Lavender is a versatile plant, known for its calming effect in aromatherapy. It also has antiseptic properties and is known to discourage insects.

The view on the way to the lavender farm was also lovely.
